Dr. John Lewis received his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture summa cum laude from The University of Georgia in 1984. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Georgia in 1987.

He has been a small animal and equine practitioner since 1987. Lewis Veterinary Services was formed in 1992 providing mobile veterinary care to all of metro Atlanta.
